Johana is a support consultant for the HR/payroll subsystem. His responsibility is to assist the clients on the HR/Payroll module, this includes recommending solutions to clients and also implementing functionalities on the system as per client requirements.
Johana’s experience is primarily in the area of Software Support, gained in AdaptIT.
Johana holds a ND in Public Management (TUT), a Certificate Program in Business Analysis (FTI), an International Software Testing Certificate (ISTQB) and a Certificate in Basic SQL for Testers (iLab), and is currently studying BCom in Information Technology and Management.
