The Remuneration Association for Educational Institutions Mission and Value Statement
The mission of the Remuneration Association for Educational Institutions is to add valuable contributions towards continuous improvement and development in the Payroll and Human Resources function of higher education institutions by:
- Promoting liaison and cooperation between the Payroll Administrators and the Human Resources practitioners
- promoting collegiality among the members of the Association
- defining and sharing best practice trends in the field
- identifying and addressing common challenges relevant to the function
- creating both a national and international platform for benchmarking, sharing of skills, knowledge and experiences
- acting as advisory body in the field of payroll and human resources administration
- helping to improve service standards to both internal and external customers
- promoting the continuous professional development of its members
- defining of, and adherence to, a professional code of conduct
