“As the Head of the Training at Consolidated Employers Organisation (CEO), my core focus lies in giving expert legal training, and nurturing the growth and professional development of our staff – whilst also extending our reach to benefit our Members, Prospective Members, and Business Partners. My journey at CEO began in 2019 when I initially joined as a Dispute Resolution Official, later assuming the role of Head of the Training Department. Prior to my tenure at CEO, I practiced as an admitted Attorney, specialising in Criminal and Civil litigation.

CEO stands as the largest Employers Organisation in South Africa, representing nearly 20 000 Members nationwide. Our organisation serves as a robust platform that offers invaluable support to Employers by providing national representation in all labour disputes across the CCMA and Bargaining Councils.
